July bursts with vibrant summer energy. Many of our global clients are taking their well-deserved rotating summer breaks, yet the StarWin team stays fully dedicated. We’re busy fulfilling bulk orders, advancing new product R&D and strict testing, and executing our core "5 MULTI" strategy: Multi-orbit Coordination, Multi-band Convergence, Multi-module Integration, Multi-network Roaming & Multi-scenario Adaptation.
We’ve secured major cross-border breakthroughs across LEO IoT, low-altitude economy equipment, connected vehicles and intelligent robotics. Our international sales and technical support teams even pulled late nights refining overseas bidding documents, chasing more business wins.
To recharge ourselves after nonstop work, we hosted our Summer Ignited · StarWin Power Challenge team-building competition. 🏋️♀️ Four teams competed across five strength events: burpees, farmer’s walk, men’s & women’s dumbbell shoulder press, and plank hold. Everyone gave their absolute best to win team rankings.
One sales director pushed his limits in the farmer’s walk and suffered sore legs afterward, but teammates immediately stepped up to massage and comfort him — this warm mutual support is exactly our StarWin family spirit. Our core five-member team united closely and claimed the overall team championship 🥇.
We also saw incredible individual performances. Our Regional Technical Director lost 20kg through daily stair climbing and strength training, claiming first place in his event. With weekly weight training plus regular running and cardio, I took the women’s kettlebell challenge gold too. Every drop of sweat pays off: consistent fitness builds sharp minds, resilient bodies and positive spirits, which empower us to hit better sales results year after year.
After the intense games, we celebrated our colleagues’ kids’ birthdays, gifting each child a cute StarWin panda plush 🐼. Their bright smiles filled the whole venue with warmth.
