MWC Shanghai 2025 was not only as a key platform for showcasing innovative technology but also as a proving ground for real-world application scenarios. The highlight was that China Mobile launched the world’s first Smart satcom robotic dog driven by the COTM ESA Terminal of StarWin, aiming to serve satcom scenarios such as emergency rescue and disaster response. At StarWin booth, there are the demonstrations of land, sea, and air mobility applications especially a notable presentation of the SW035-equipped UAV, which debuted at the show, along with the Dongfeng M-hero vehicle-mounted Ka/Ku ESA30 terminal, providing an exciting and immersive experience of how satellite terminals can be applied across different industries. the 5G/A+NTN satpad also has attracted a lot of consumer interests. Once the Chinese LEO starts operating, Satpad will be put into mass production for Telecom + Satcom commercial end users.
