Starwin Cheng Du production base is mainly focused on manufactureing flat panel terminal, OTM, Mobile Satelite TV antenna, which is covered in 1,600 squre meters with 50 staffs for high integration antenna products manufacturing, among them there is around 10 professional engineer working for Hardware, Software and Electrical circuit design and R&D, over 20 technicians is for manufacturing and assembly and testing etc. All the manufacturing is implemented under GB/T19001/ISO9001 quality management system to ensure the superior quality with timely delivery. SMART Working Principle(Specific, Measurable ,Attaninable, Result Based, Time Based) implementation among all the departments has helped all the working staffs to know how to work smarter and more efficiently to make customer happy, convenient, simple & easy, so that tailor-made pre-sales service, solution providing, technical training & guide, and after sales service can be customer oriented and add customer's more value as well as facilitate their work.

Starwin Earth Station factory is covered in 20,000 m2 and staffed with 350 employees. Technical foundation is based on 28 highly talented professional engineer with unique Satcom field's backgrounds and knowledge. The core of the R&D team includes a number of senior engineer who are industry leaders and also visiting professors for China Key Universities Communication Research Institution. The highly efficient Global Sales and Business Development team currently exports tens of thousands of antenna to customers worldwide with good recognition. Starwin utilizes the latest technologies in cutting, metal and stretching forming, automated machining, robotic-welding, and finishing to produce industry-leading satellite antenna systems including earth station antenna, and Rx only antenna. With huge ISO-certified facilities, production can be quickly ramped to meet the demand of Starwin's Satellite System customers.
